The A9 road goes through Alvie Estate. From Edinburgh cross the Forth Road Bridge and take the M90 north to Perth where it joins the A9.From London drive north on the M1 to join the M6 at Birmingham. The M6 becomes the M74 in Scotland. The M74 joins the M9 near Glasgow. The M9 becomes the A9 at Stirling.

Directions to Alvie Estate (see below for Dalraddy Holiday Park)
From the South - Turn off the A9 Perth to Inverness trunk road north of Kingussie and continue north on the B9152 for about 7 miles towards Aviemore. After going through Kincraig you will see a signpost on the right for 'Alvie' & 'Alvie Stables', turn left here, go through the tunnel under the main A9 road and onto the Estate. The Estate Office, cottages and various parts of the Estate are then signposted.
From the North - Turn off the A9 Inverness to Perth trunk road south of Aviemore at the junction signposted to Kincraig. Continue south onto the B9152 towards Kincraig. You will pass Loch Alvie on your right, followed by Dalraddy Holiday Park about a mile further on on your left hand side. Continue along the straight road passing Alvie Quarry (GF Job). You will see an orange mirror on a tree on the left and 'Gate Lodge' on your right; continue on for a futher few hundred yards, you will see a signpost on the left for 'Alvie' & 'Alvie Stables', turn right here, go through the tunnel under the main A9 road and onto the Estate. The Estate Office, cottages and various parts of the Estate are then signposted.
Directions to Dalraddy Holiday Park (see above for Alvie Estate)
From the South - Turn off the A9 Perth to Inverness trunk road north of Kingussie and continue north on the B9152 for about 7 miles towards Aviemore. After going passed the Highland Wildlife Park and through Kincraig continue on the B9152 passing a signpost on the right for 'Alvie' & 'Alvie Stables', followed by a sign for Alvie Quarry (GF Job), continue round the next series of bends and the holiday park will be on your right hand side.
From the North - Turn off the A9 Inverness to Perth trunk road south of Aviemore at the junction signposted to Kincraig & Kingussie. Continue south onto the B9152 after about a mile you will pass Loch Alvie on your right, Dalraddy Holiday Park is about a mile further on on your left hand side.
For SatNavs - the post code for Alvie Estate is PH21 1NE & Dalraddy Holiday Park is PH22 1QB. However please be aware that some systems direct you to Alvie Estate from the A9 trunk road which is not always accessible and is not signposted.
