Directions from the north

Exit the A9 south of Aviemore onto the B9152 towards Kingussie. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles (past Dalraddy Holiday Park). The entrance of Alvie Estate will be on your right and takes you under the A9.  Once you are on the Estate please follow the sign posts not your Sat Nav!

Directions from the south

Exit the A9 north of Kingussie onto the B9152.  Follow this road for approximately 7 miles, through the village of Kincraig.  The entrance to Alvie Estate will be on your left  a mile or so north of Kincraig, taking you under the A9. Once you are on the Estate please follow the sign posts not your Sat Nav!
